Rainbow Hematitis was found in a small deposit in a iron mine near Minas Gerais in the 1980s. After 1992, it was never removed again. A hematite of this structure has not been found anywhere in the world. Although expensive jewels are made from this valuable material, the collectors want to add it to their collections.
