Madagascar quartz with hydrocarbon inclusions, notably petroleum, highly fluorescent under long and short UVs (long Uvs in the second photo). They are currently referred to as "firefly quartz", the distribution and extreme fluorescence of the inclusions being reminiscent of the luminosity of fireflies.
